Since 1998, the My Ideal Home Rental Network has been solving the adage 'there has to be a better way to find a rental place than the newspaper'. By utilizing the burgeoning Internet to allow landlords to post their rental vacancies and tenants to easily search for their ideal new home by area, price & property type, absolutely free, we were able to provide a better experience for both landlords & tenants. The use of longer descriptions & photos took the guess-work out of house hunting.

Today, the My Ideal Home Rental Network is comprised of over 80 official partners across Canada & the US including college & universities such as SFU, BCIT, Royal Roads, UFV, Camosun, NIC, UBC, Trinity, Vancouver Island University, UNBC & Douglas to name several. Rent BC is also partners with BC's two primary landord associations, ROMS BC & BCAOMA, which advocate for quality landlords through education & support.
